Wearing an incorrect bra size is not only uncomfortable, it also poses health risks to women. When we wear a wrong size bra, it might lead to some health risk, such as backaches, tense muscle around the bra area, and to some extent one may suffer from headache.
A problem with our posture also may occur. That’s why finding the right bra measurement is important. Fortunately, on the internet we can find a Bra Size Chart that can help us determine the right measurements of our chest area.
By simply browsing online, we can easily find out how to take the right measurements and figure out the exact bra size that will fit us comfortably.
How to Measure Our Chest Area to Het the Correct Bra Size
By using a Bra Size Chart, we are learning how to correctly measure our chest area and finally get the appropriate bra size for us. To get the right result, there are three area that need to be measured accurately: under bust, over the bust just under the arms, and across.
A bra size chart provides different measurements used in different country and continects, this way you will be able to purchase one from online shop on different country without worrying of getting a wrong sized bra. For example, a bust that measures 32 in UK is equivalent to 70 in Europe and 85 in France.
We can also find conversions of measurements from inches to centimeters in a Bra Size Chart. This will help us get all the measurements as accurately as possible and not be perplexed should we find some bra sizes should they come in either inches or centimeters.
To measure the cup size, we simply have to measure around the roundest and fullest area of our bust. After we have all the numbers, next thing is to deduct this from the under bust measurement. The result would be our cup size.
Within the Bra Size Chart, there is also a corresponding cup size appropriate to our measurement. A one-and-a-half inch cup size is an A Cup; from one-and-a-half inches to about two-and-a-half inches we should get the B Cup; and so on.
